JavXDub does not host any video files or copyrighted materials on its servers. We do not take responsibility for materials posted or linked here by third parties. All materials belong to their respective owners.

Takedown Notice Instructions

To file a copyright infringement notification, you must send a written notice to Javxdub@gmail.com. Your notice must include substantially all information required by Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Please include the following 6 points in your email:

  1. Signature: Identify yourself as the owner (or authorized agent) of the copyrighted work and provide a physical or electronic signature.
  2. Specification: Specify the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
  3. Location: Identify the specific web URLs on the JavXDub site. Do not send attached images or PDFs; only include a list of URLs in the email body for faster processing.
  4. Contact Info: Provide your name, street address, phone number, and email address. If acting on behalf of an owner, describe your affiliation.
  5. Good Faith Statement: State that you have “a good faith belief that the use of the aforementioned material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.”
  6. Declaration: Include the following statement under penalty of perjury: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

Important Notes

  • All notices must be written in English. Emails in other languages will be ignored.
  • Failure to include all required information may result in processing delays.
  • Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may subject you to liability.
  • If a proper notification is received, we will respond expeditiously by removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We will not necessarily send a confirmation of the takedown to the reporter.
